Key Duties:

1. Maintain common areas and coordinate repairs.
2. Collect rent, manage tenants, resolve disputes.
3. Requirements:5+ years in apartment/commercial maintenance/rent management.
4. Knowledge of safety regs;
5. English ,Telugu, Hindi laguages preferred.
