Position: Maintenance Engineer

📍 Location: Aslali Ahmedabad
💰 Salary (CTC): ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
🧑‍🔧 Experience: 1–2 Years (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments of machinery including mixers, extruders, pelletizers, chillers, grinders, pulverizers, and laboratory equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in processing equipment.
Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to avoid production interruptions.
Maintain maintenance logs and records systematically.
Coordinate with procurement for timely spare parts availability.
Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with manufacturing tools and plastics processing equipment.
Basic knowledge of electro-mechanical systems.
Understanding of industrial safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
ITI / Diploma / Vocational Training preferred.
