🔹 Position: Executive / Senior Executive
🔹 Qualification: MBA / Any Graduate
🔹 Experience: 6 – 10 years
🔹 Location: Sriperumbudur / Vallam
🔹 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹38,000 per month
🔹 Transport: Provided (Factory to Perungalathur)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations
Handle recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance
Manage administrative functions and office operations
Ensure smooth communication between management and staff
CL (Casual Leave) management
