We are looking for an experienced Male Candidates – HR Manager with strong expertise in HR Operations and Service Delivery for a mid-sized organization.

🔹 Experience: 8–10 years
🔹 Key Areas: HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Service Delivery
🔹 Skills: HRMS portal, HR analytics, Excel, data maintenance
🔹 Preferred: Six Sigma / Service Excellence / Audit exposure
🔹 Workforce Size: Experience handling HR operations for 350–600 employees
🔹 Qualification: Postgraduate (MBA preferred)

Candidates with experience in HR service delivery, process improvement, and HR operations management will be a great fit.
